David's commercial experience assists with the realisation of workable solutions to commercial disputes.

He is recognised as thorough and capable of producing high quality commercial documents, fully and finally settling contentious matters.

Arbitration

David is a Fellow of the Arbitrators' and Mediators' Institute of New Zealand. His experience includes appointment as an arbitrator to resolve disputes between a large client and their leading legal advisor. He also has experience in disputes involving major construction projects involving FIDIC, NZIA, NZMB, and NZS 3910 agreements.  He is available for appointment as an arbitrator in New Zealand and overseas.
